Summary
Published in ERJ Open Research in 2026 (volume 12, article 00084-2026). Among 64 patients who developed CLAD within three years, the authors assigned post hoc phenotypes of BOS, RAS, mixed and undefined, and added a fifth category, unclassifiable, for presentations not covered by the guideline. They note that BOS remained the most stable phenotype and that several patients developed new radiological opacities during follow-up.
