About CLADsolve
A public, cited knowledge graph of chronic lung allograft dysfunction. Each page describes one object, such as a phenotype, a paper or a dataset, and each page links to a primary source and carries an as-of date.

How records are made
A record is added only when its primary source has been opened and checked. A field that could not be confirmed is left blank and is listed on the page under known gaps. No identifiers, grant numbers, trial results or patient data are invented.
Licence and attribution
The code of this site is released under the MIT licence. The page templates are adapted from the MIT-licensed OnCo project (github.com/judegomila/OnCo). No OnCo data is used. The licence for the CLADsolve records has not yet been chosen by the site owner.
